The two layers of fabric are woven together.Fabric designed and made in Tuscany, Italy this is a wonderful fabric from a better age.The checks are balanced throughout the design with the pockets and saddle shoulder being cut on the bias so that the bias checks cut across the body checks- see image for details..The fabric is an 70: 30 mix of recycled wool and poliamides. The use of recycled wools significantly reduces the footprint of our manufacturing processes.The poliamides reduces the risk of pilling on the outer fabric.Luxury softness .Fantastic depth of colour.Two piece `pancake` hood folds flat when not in use.The hood is adjustable around the face with slider and buttons.Detachable throat tab.Closures are real leather thongs with real horn toggles.Concealed zip front for extra protection.All seams are bound with tonal edging fabric.Twin patch pockets and interior wallet pocket.
